Prepaid Reactivation Selfcare for MyTelkomsel

It is a way to reactivate a customer’s number that has entered the Blocking Period.

Expired number is a Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) number that has passed the last day of the grace period. If you don’t top up your credit or purchase a package during the grace period, your number will pass the last day of the grace period and then expires.

Grace period is the period after the expiry of credit balance or package. If your number is in the grace period, you must top up your credit balance or purchase a package in order to extend the active period of your Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) card/number.

After opening the Blocking Period, you will get a 5GB additional quota on all networks for 5 days after the card is reactivated and have the opportunity to get attractive limited package offers from Telkomsel.

If you don’t reactivate it, you can no longer use the number and all of your data will be deleted by the system after passing the period of time determined by Telkomsel.

• Must be a Telkomsel PraBayar customer.
• The current card status has not exceeded the time period determined by Telkomsel.
• Other criteria were determined by Telkomsel.

Yes. The tariff/price plan will be switched to the Telkomsel prepaid OK tariff according to the latest Telkomsel’s policy. You can check the tariff/price plan via UMB *888#, choose “Cek Kuota”, and then choose “Cek Skema Tarif”.

If the Family Register Card inputted does not match with the previous data, the customer can update the latest ID Card and Family Register Card numbers in as follows:

1. Unregister the old Family Register Card Number
   • Open the SMS feature.
   • Type a message with the following format: UNREG#FamilyRegisterCardNumber (the old one).
   • Send to 4444.
   • Wait for the successful un-registration notification.

   Or

   • Open Call Feature.
   • Dial *444# then press Call.
   • Select “3” or “Unreg”, then press send.
   • Key in the old family register card, then press Send.
   • Wait for the successful un-registration notification.
2. After successfully un-registering, please re-register
   • Open the SMS feature.
   • Type REG (space) IDCardNumber#FamilyRegisterCardNumber# (the new one).
   • Send to 4444.
   • Wait for the successful registration notification.

   Or

   • Open Call feature.
   • Dial *444# and then press Call.
   • Select “1” to register, key in your ID Card Number and Family Register Card Number, then click "OK".
   • Wait for the successful registration notification.
   • If the registration process is unsuccessful, please contact the nearest GraPARI, Call Center 188, or Telkomsel social media services.

If a message like the one above appears, this indicates that the ID Card number and Family Registerd Card number inputted do not match the data registered in Telkomsel's database. You can input the latest ID Card number and Family Register Card number in the input menu. Then you will receive information on reactivation & prepaid registration being validated. Please wait until you get a notification containing information that you have successfully registered.
