How to reactivate blocked or expired prepaid numbers

For blocked prepaid numbers

  1. Dial *888*89# using your blocked number.
  2. You will see the information that your number has been blocked and two options in "1. Buka Blokir" and "2. SKB".
  3. Select "1. Buka Blokir" if you agree to unblock and you agree to the terms stated in the “SKB” (Terms and Conditions).
  4. The unblock process will be processed and the card will become active.

For expired prepaid numbers

  1. Please prepare the following documents beforehand:
    • ID Card & Family Registration Card you used to register your cellular number.
    • SIM Card you want to reactivated.
  2. Dial *888*89# using the number you want to reactivate.
  3. You will see instructions. Click “1. Reaktivasi Kartu".
  4. Click "1. Setuju" if you agree with the terms.
  5. Input your ID Card & Family Registration numbers.
  6. You will receive an SMS notification informing if your number can be reactivated or not.
    • If the ID Card and Family Registration Card match you will receive information that the prepaid reactivation request has been received and is being processed.
    • If the ID Card and Family Registration Card do not match you can input the latest ID Card and Family Registration Card data, and then you will receive reactivation information and prepaid registration is being validated.

For expired prepaid numbers

You can contact Telkomsel E-care by sending a direct message (DM) to Twitter/X atau Instagram.

  1. Please prepare the following documents beforehand:
    • ID Card & Family Registration Card you used to register your cellular number.
    • SIM Card you want to reactivate.
  2. Contact our Customer Service via direct message (DM) by sending "prepaid reactivation".
  3. You will receive a link to upload your ID Card, Family Registration Card, and a photo of your SIM Card that will be reactivated.
  4. Next, you will be in the video call queue for the validation process.

You can also visit GraPARI and bring your ID Card, Family Registration Card, and expired SIM Card. You must be present to reactivate your SIM card at GraPARI and cannot be represented.
