Biaya Admin Layanan EZnet, IndiHome, Orbit, dan Telkomsel One

Service administration fee is charged fee to customer bills for administration activities, billing operations and/or customer service for IndiHome, EZnet, Orbit Rent, and Telkomsel One, with the amount will be determined by Telkomsel from time to time. Service administration fee adjustment is made as an effort to improve the service administration quality that provides convenience for customers.

Some efforts to improve the service administration quality that have been carried out:

1. Service Administration
   • Bill Delivery: Customers will receive bill details via e-billing, with the option to get a free printed copy.
   • Bill Reminder: Bill information and due dates will be reminded periodically.
   • Auto-Payment Service: Customers can enjoy convenience with the auto-payment feature.
   • Single Bill Integration: All services can be combined in one integrated bill.
   • Convenient Self-Service: Customers can access the services with the help of personal assistant Veronika.
   • Access on All One-Stop Channels: Available at all touchpoints spread throughout Indonesia.

2. Services
   • Early Payment Benefits: Customers who make early bill payments will get additional benefits.
   • Loyalty Benefits: Customers are entitled to various loyalty benefits, both from national and local merchants.

Every customer who has a IndiHome, EZnet, Orbit Rent, and Telkomsel One service will be charged an admin fee service administration fee of Rp5,000 (excluding tax according to applicable regulations).

Service administration fee will begin to be applied to bills in November 2024, for usage of October 2024.

Customers who have several IndiHome, EZnet, Orbit Rent, and Telkomsel One service numbers and combined in a single bill will only be charged a service administration fee 1 (one) time on the parent service number registered.
