Indihome Billing Information

How to pay your bills

To make your IndiHome bill payment transactions more convenient, we provide various payment methods.

 

You can pay via myIndiHome application, GraPARI, LinkAja application, Post Office, and ATM network (Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BCA). Apart from that, now you can also pay IndiHome bills via e-commerce and merchants such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, GoPay, OVO, Alfamart, Indomaret and many more. Choose the most convenient payment method for you and follow the steps below!

 

Choose your payment method

  • Log in to myIndiHome app. On the Home menu navigation, choose “Tagihan” (Billing) icon.
  • On the “Tagihan” (Billing) page, check your monthly IndiHome bill.
  • To make a payment, click “Bayar” (Pay) and choose the payment method you want.
  • Complete your transaction.
GraPARI
GraPARI
  • Visit the nearest GraPARI in your area.
  • Let the staff know that you want to pay your IndiHome bill.
  • Show your phone number or internet ID.
  • Make a payment according to your billing.
  • Your payment has been completed. You’ll receive a receipt from the staff.
LinkAja App
LinkAja App
  • Log in to your LinkAja App.
  • On the LinkAja App menu, choose “Lainnya” (Others).
  • Choose “Beli/Bayar Tagihan” (Pay Bills), and then click “Telepon/Internet”.
  • After enterting your IndiHome number, choose “Lanjutkan” (Continue/Proceed).
  • Your transaction will be processed. You may click “Detail Transaksi” if you need transaction details.
  • When your payment has been successful, click “Selesai” (Done).
  • Check the notification via your SMS or email.
Post Office

  • Visit the Post Office in your area.
  • Let the staff know that you want to pay your IndiHome bill.
  • Show your phone number or internet ID.
  • The staff will proceed your payment by verfiying your data.
  • When your data has been verified, you can pay your IndiHome bill by cash.
  • You’ll receive a receipt from the staff.

Payment vis ATM

  • Insert your ATM card.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • On the menu, choose “Pembayaran/Pembelian” (Payment/Purchase).
  • Choose “Telepon/HP” (Telephone/Cellphone).
  • Choose “Telkom/Internet/Vision”.
  • Enter your area code + telephone number or your 12-digit internet ID.

    E.g.:
    Telephone/IndiHome payment: 0215215111 / 02170603550
    Internet/Usee TV/IndiHome payment: 0122861200226 (started with a 0).

  • Choose “Benar” (Correct/Yes) for “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Your payment has been completed.

Payment via Internet Banking

  • Choose “Bayar” (Pay) menu and choose “Telepon” (Telephone).
  • Choose “Penyedia Jasa” (Provider) and choose “Telkom”.
  • Enter your area code.
  • Enter your telephone number.
  • Click “Continue”.
  • Enter your PIN (Token).
  • Click “Kirim” (Send).

Payment via Mobile Banking

  • Log in to Mandiri Online.
  • On the main menu, click “Bayar” (Pay) menu.
  • Go to “Buat Pembayaran Baru” (Make New Payment).
  • Next, click “Internet”.
  • Click “Penyedia Jasa” (Provider) and choose “Internet Telkom”.
  • Enter your IndiHome number or internet ID and then click “Lanjut” (Continue).
  • You’ll see your billing details.
  • Review your billing and then click “Konfirmasi” (Confirm).
  • Next, enter your mobile banking PIN.
  • Your payment has been completed. You’ll receive a receipt.

Payment via ATM

  • Insert your ATM card.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Choose “Lainnya” (Others) menu.
  • Go to “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • And then, choose “Berikutnya” (Next).
  • Choose “Telkom”.
  • Enter your area code + telephone number or your 12-digit internet ID.

    E.g.:
    Telephone/IndiHome payment: 0215215111 / 02170603550
    Internet/Usee TV/IndiHome payment: 0122861200226 (started with a 0).

  • Choose “Benar” (Correct/Yes) for “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Your payment has been completed.

Payment via Internet Banking

1P Internet/2P/3P Customers

  • Choose “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Go to “Internet”.
  • Choose the provider's name: “IndiHome”.
  • Enter your internet ID number.
  • Click “Lanjutkan” (Continue).

1P Telephone/Internet Customers (or if the customers only remember their telephone number)

  • Choose “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Choose “Pasca Bayar Telepon” (Postpaid Telephone).
  • Choose the type of postpaid: “TELKOM PAY”.
  • Enter your area code.
  • Enter your telephone number (without area code).
  • Click “Lanjutkan” (Continue).

Pembayaran melalui Mobile Banking

  • Open BNI Mobile Banking app.
  • Log in using your account.
  • Choose “Pembayaran” (Payment) menu.
  • Go to “Internet” menu.
  • Click “Telkom Pay”, and then choose “Telepon/Internet”.
  • Enter your IndiHome ID number.
  • You’ll see your billing details. Please confirm it.
  • Click “Kirim” (Send) after confirming the details.
  • Your payment has been completed.

Payment via ATM

  • Insert your ATM card.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Go to “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Choose “Telkom”.
  • Enter your area code + telephone number or your 12-digit internet ID.

    Internet/Usee TV/IndiHome payment: 0122861200226 (started with a 0).

  • Confirm the number you’ve entered. If it's correct, choose “Benar” (Correct).
  • Choose “Ya” (Yes) to make your payment.
  • Your payment has been completed.

Payment via Internet Banking

  • Open BRI internet banking official website.
  • Next, enter your user ID, PIN, and choose “Log In”.
  • Go to “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Choose “Telepon” (Telephone) menu.
  • Submit your account source, billing name, area code, and telephone number.
  • Choose “Submit”.
  • You’ll see your IndiHome billing details.
  • Enter your PIN and m-Token you receive via SMS.
  • After that, click “Konfirmasi” (Confirm).
  • Your payment has been completed.

Payment via Mobile Banking

  • Log in to BRI Mobile, go to “Internet Banking”.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Choose “Pembayaran” (Payment) menu.
  • Choose “Telepon” (Telephone) menu.
  • Enter your area code and telephone number (IndiHome ID).
  • Enter your PIN and choose “Kirim” (Send).
  • The receipt will appear. Please save it as evidence.

  • Insert your ATM card.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Choose “Lainnya” (Others) menu.
  • Go to “Pembayaran” (Payment).
  • Choose “Telepon/HP”.
  • Go to “Telkom/Internet/Vision”.
  • Enter your area code + telephone number or your 12-digit internet ID.

  • Choose “Ya” (Yes) to proceed to payment.
  • Your payment has been completed.

Payment via Internet Banking

  • Choose “Pembayaran” (Payment) menu.
  • And then, go to “Pembayaran Telepon” (Telephone Payment).
  • Choose “Telkom”.
  • Enter your telephone number and click “Lanjutkan” (Continue).
  • Enter your PIN/Token and click “Kirim” (Send) when your data is confirmed.

Payment via Mobile Banking

  • Open m-BCA on your smartphone.
  • Choose “m-payment” menu and click “OK/YES”.
  • Choose “Telkom” and then click “OK/YES”.
  • Enter your area code + telephone number, click “OK/YES”.
  • Enter your m-BCA PIN and click “OK/YES”.
  • If there's more than 1 account connected to your m-BCA, choose the account number you want to use and click “OK/YES”.
  • Make sure your data is correct and click “OK/YES” to continue.
  • Enter m-BCA PIN and click “OK/YES”.
  • You’ll receive a message containing your payment information.
Tokopedia

  • Open the Tokopedia website or app.
  • Login to your account.
  • Then select the "Other" menu and select the "Telkom" menu.
  • Enter the details of the product you want to pay for “Phone/Internet”.
  • Check the bill payment details.
  • Select the payment method you want. There are two options, namely paying through a bank or an outlet that has collaborated with Telkom.
  • Make payment.
  • Proof of payment will be displayed after the transaction is successful.
Shopee
Shopee
  • Open the Shopee website or app.
  • Select the "Credit: Bills & Entertainment" menu.
  • Select the "Telkom" menu, then select "IndiHome".
  • Enter the customer or telephone number in the column provided.
  • Click “View Bill”.
  • Click the “Continue” button and make payment via the selected method.
  • Payment successful.
Lazada
Lazada
  • Open the Lazada website or app,
  • Select the "Credit & Bills" menu.
  • Select the "Billing" menu, then select "Internet & TV".
  • Select “IndiHome/Telkom Billing”.
  • Enter the customer account number in the column provided.
  • If so, click "Continue".
  • Make payment via the method you have chosen.
  • Payment successful.
Blibli
Blibli
  • Open the Blibli website or app.
  • Then select the "Billing & Top Up" menu
  • Then click the "Telephone Bill" menu.
  • Enter your bill number and click “View Bill”.
  • Click the “Pay Now” menu to complete payment via the selected payment method.
  • Payment successful.
GoPay
GoPay
  • Open the Gojek app. Make sure you have enough GoPay balance.
  • Select the "GoTagihan" menu, then the "Cable TV & Internet" menu.
  • Select the "IndiHome" menu.
  • Enter the customer number.
  • Check the bill details displayed.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • Proof of payment will be displayed if payment is successful.
OVO
OVO
  • Open the OVO app.
  • Select "Internet & Cable TV" menu.
  • Select “IndiHome”.
  • Enter the billing number, then press “Enter”.
  • Check the billing details, then click "Confirm" if they are correct.
  • Click "Pay" to process payment.
  • A notification will appear if the payment has been successful.
Alfamart

  • Visit the nearest Alfamart.
  • Tell the cashier that you want to pay the IndiHome bill.
  • Give your internet ID or phone number to the cashier.
  • The cashier will process the payment by matching the data and information you provided.
  • If the data is correct, you can make IndiHome bill payments using cash or non-cash.
  • The cashier will provide a receipt as proof of payment that has been processed.

  • Visit the nearest Indomaret.
  • Tell the cashier that you want to pay the IndiHome bill.
  • Give your internet ID or phone number to the cashier.
  • The cashier will process the payment by matching the data and information you provided.
  • If the data is correct, you can make IndiHome bill payments using cash or non-cash.
  • The cashier will provide a receipt as proof of payment that has been processed.
